Fresh, visible stains should be dabbed immediately with a cloth and then wiped dry with a paper towel. - Alcohol stains: wipe immediately with a slightly damp cloth. - Scratches: use a hand cream with a glycerine content of at least 5%. - Pen marks: remove immediately using a stain remover. - Heavily soiled areas: first use a special leather cleaning-foam. If the marks persist, use a stain remover.
