This saucer with two spouts is part of the Sévigné Louis XIV model created by Christofle in 1963. Christofle has always drawn inspiration from old styles to create new models. The very name of the model, Sévigné Louis XIV, suggests that the decorative motif of this sauceboat stems from this dynamic reinterpretation of historical styles.
