The silver plated fish fork can be used in conjunction with a fish knife to easily separate fish from bones. Launched in 2000, the Galéa flatware collection features designer Bernard Yot’s reinterpretation of double interlacing, an ornamental motif created by Nicolas Cornu in 1775.
