Description

This nave-shaped sauceboat is very simply decorated, with only the undulating metal and the frieze of gadroons to enliven the piece. Saucers appeared on European tables from the end of the Middle Ages and became widespread in the 18th century, particularly during the reign of Louis XV.

In order to preserve the beauty of your VINTAGE piece, we recommend that you maintain it with a Christofle product: the silver flash from time to time and the polishing gloves for regular maintenance. For maintenance with the plishing gloves: take off your jewelry and wipe the glove over the entire piece to restore its shine. For maintenance with the silver flash, refer to the product's instructions. Beforehand, be sure to remove the piece from its antioxidant pouch. This pouch is lined with antioxidant fabric to protect your piece from oxidation.
