Rooted in the 18th century, Spatours was included in the first Christofle catalogue in 1862. Its generous curves, highlighted with a slender, rounded ridge, give it smoothness and harmony.
Having become famous, Maison Christofle was solicited by foreign sovereigns such as Emperor Maximilian of Mexico, the Tsar of Russia, Germany of the Kaiser, the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Sultan Abdulaziz of the Ottoman Empire.
