Christofle has reflected on the modern use of cutlery, the essential elements of a contemporary table and how we can, using ancestral know-how, challenge the established order to reach the fundamental.

Medium universal knife
The medium universal knife becomes a new, well-thought-out essential thanks to its ideal size for starters and desserts.
Slightly longer than the dessert knife, the medium universal knife measures 20.5 cm.
Its pointed tip also makes it the perfect tool for piercing a piece of cheese or other delicacies.
Large universal spoon
The large universal spoon combines three references: the tablespoon, the standard spoon, and the cream soup spoon.
Smaller than a standard spoon and longer than a standard one, the large universal spoon measures 18 cm.
Completely redesigned in its proportions, the large universal spoon has a shorter handle to adapt to trendy food bowls in vogue around the world and offers a very generous container for enjoying soups and broths.
The ergonomics of the spoon bowl have been studied to offer optimal comfort for tasting. The size of this spoon has also been adapted to offer a good size balance for daily use.
Medium universal fork
With the same height as a classic fish fork, 18 cm, the universal medium fork combines the fish fork and the salad fork.
