This "Maïs" vase was designed by Christofle in 1921 for the Gallia collection in the Art Nouveau style. The narrow, slender shape of the vase corresponds to the floral, country theme of its decoration. This correspondence between form and decoration is a constant in Art Nouveau creations, which draw their inspiration from the richness and diversity of nature.

Maintenance

In order to preserve the beauty of your VINTAGE piece, we recommend that you maintain it with a Christofle product: the silver flash from time to time and the polishing gloves for regular maintenance. For maintenance with the plishing gloves: take off your jewelry and wipe the glove over the entire piece to restore its shine. For maintenance with the silver flash, refer to the product's instructions. Beforehand, be sure to remove the piece from its antioxidant pouch. This pouch is lined with antioxidant fabric to protect your piece from oxidation.
